Welcome, and hello! I am honored that you have taken some time from your busy day to view and review my blog. A bit about myself before beginning: my name is Sean Doherty, I am a sophomore in college in the great city of Denver, CO. This blog was created because of my love for writing and desire to express myself and my thoughts. Therefore, this blog will be a direct representative of my writing, my thoughts, and my interests.
My areas of leisurely interest are altogether not too different from any other; i like outdoor adventure (hiking, mountain biking, four wheeling, boating, canoeing, going out with my dogs), watching movies, exercising, spending time with friends, good food and fine dining, laughter, stories, and words of wisdom. My chosen exercise is mixed martial arts (ju jitsu, kickboxing, and the popular fighting styles as seen on the UFC). I like movies that are motivational, inspiring, and if possible, contain loads of action (naturally V for Vendetta comes to my mind). As far as food goes I’m not picky, I’ll eat just about anything. But one thing I have come to learn is that good food, or even plain food, is always better when shared with good people.
The way this blog is beginning, you might begin to wonder if my only use of time is for leisurely pursuits! Quite the contrary, I work full time, and as mentioned before, am a full-time college student. Wednesday’s blog will go a little more in-depth with my business, school, and intellectual interests. But for today I think I’ve written enough. Don’t want to lose anyone’s interest too soon (kidding, I hope!), and as they say, you have to leave them hanging, wanting more! So here’s your cliffhanger, but please read more throughout the week!
